I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy and take a systemic approach to therapy. I view therapy as a way to help clients in a way that makes sense for them. Life is full of transitions that challenge us in unique ways. I think people come to therapy with a purpose, to make changes in their life. I help people not only understand themselves better, but their relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered to live the life you have always imagined for yourself.
I have worked with clients that have a variety of mental health and substance use disorders. My areas of special interest are relational issues, life transitions, stress, and anxiety. I am an advocate of self-care for my clients and myself. When I am not at work, I am usually with my English Bulldog or baking some delicious treats.
