Shannon Saluk LCSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience, I am committed to delivering compassionate, effective mental health care to individuals, children, and families. Since 2013, I have provided crisis intervention, substance abuse counseling, and inpatient psychiatric stabilization, assisting clients through some of their most challenging moments. My certification in Child Welfare further strengthens my ability to support families and promote positive outcomes for children facing complex issues.

I specialize in using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical strategies for overcoming emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is client-centered and solution-oriented, focusing on empowering individuals to navigate difficult situations and work toward long-term healing and growth.

Additionally, I supervise BSW and MSW students, helping to foster the next generation of social workers. Passionate about mental health and the societal factors that impact overall well-being, I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of my clients and advocate for systemic change.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach, gardening, volunteering, and traveling-activities that inspire personal well-being and connect me to a greater sense of community.
